How quickly are orders dispatched?
We understand that time is critical on any construction project.
Where products are in stock and payment has been received, we aim to:
- Dispatch orders placed before our daily cut-off on the same business day wherever possible.
- Dispatch all other in-stock orders by the next business day.
How long does delivery usually take?
Our goal is to deliver most metropolitan orders within 48 hours of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability and freight carrier schedules, however we'll always do our best to get your materials to you as quickly as possible.
If we expect any delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes.
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our warehouse once they have received confirmation that their order is ready for collection.

Do you deliver throughout New South Wales?
Yes.
We deliver throughout New South Wales and can also arrange freight to many interstate locations.

Subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, eligible excess stock may be accepted for return provided it remains in its original, resalable condition.
